Made-to-Order Production

Most THE LAB Jewellers pieces are made to order unless clearly stated otherwise.

Production time and delivery time are separate.

Our usual production lead time is approximately two working weeks before dispatch. Custom, bespoke, certified or more complex pieces may take slightly longer depending on design, metal, lab-grown diamond specification, hallmarking, supplier availability or customer approval changes.

We confirm the expected production timeframe in writing before production begins.

UK Delivery

UK delivery is free on every jewellery order — tracked, signed for and insured (our £5 ring sizer travels separately by first class post). There is nothing to pay for standard UK delivery.

Delivery begins only once:

  • the item has been completed;
  • quality control has been completed;
  • any required hallmarking has been completed;
  • any agreed certification has been completed;
  • the final balance has cleared.

International Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only at the moment; if you are elsewhere, email info@thelabjewellers.com and we will let you know as soon as international delivery opens.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruption, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, failed delivery attempts or events outside our reasonable control.

If a delay does occur, we will keep you updated as soon as reasonably possible.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thelabjewellers.com so we can raise the issue with the courier and arrange the appropriate next step.

Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of expected dispatch, please get in touch and we will resend it.
