Every piece is made to order. Sterling silver and gold pieces are usually dispatched in around four weeks, which includes UK hallmarking where required. Production time and delivery time are separate.

Christmas 2026: for delivery before Christmas, please order gold pieces (including engagement rings) and the silver Albireo bangle by Sunday 1 November, and all other sterling silver pieces by Sunday 15 November. Ordering later? Email info@thelabjewellers.com before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you in time.

UK delivery: free on every order, sent by a tracked and signed-for service once your piece has passed quality control and any required hallmarking.

International delivery: we deliver to the United Kingdom only at the moment.
