Lab-grown diamond quality
D–F colour · VS1 clarity or better
Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
On Claire, even the bail carries a lab-grown diamond. A 1.50mm round stone sits in the loop at the top, above the longer emerald cut lab-grown diamond. The result is refined and interesting, without asking a compact pendant to become ornate.
The emerald cut centre measures 5.50 x 4.00mm, giving the design a broad rectangular face and clean facet pattern. With both lab-grown diamonds together, the weight is approximately 0.39ct. The complete pendant measures approximately 7.1 x 6.4mm and is made in 925 sterling silver, a cool setting that suits the controlled two-stone arrangement.

Sterling silver naturally darkens a little over time. It is normal, and a silver polishing cloth brings it straight back. Please don't use silver dip solutions on lab-grown diamond-set pieces, as the chemicals can damage the settings.
