Lab-grown diamond quality
D–F colour · VS1 clarity or better
Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
Length changes everything. Thea takes the purity of a solitaire and stretches it into a graceful oval, creating a pendant with direction as well as presence. At 1.00ct, the lab-grown diamond feels deliberate, a piece chosen to hold the centre rather than fill a gap.
The 7.50 × 5.70mm oval is enclosed by a collet setting that repeats its elongated outline. Including the bail, the pendant measures approximately 13.2 x 7.5mm, so its proportions remain clear from top to bottom. There are no supporting stones or added patterns. Thea is simply one oval, one precious metal and a shape that draws the eye along its length.
Also in sterling silver. Thea is available in 925 sterling silver — see the silver version.
Thea offers the visual reach of an elongated shape with the clarity of a single stone design. Its 1.00ct oval lab-grown diamond is D to F colour and VS1 clarity or better, framed by a smooth collet setting. Choose 14kt for the harder, more scratch-resistant gold, or 18kt for more pure gold and a heavier feel. The 13.2 x 7.5mm overall pendant makes its elegant proportions easy to appreciate.
Sold as a pendant on its own, ready for a chain of your choosing. The bail takes any standard fine chain, so it will sit on one you already own. We are not offering gold chains at the moment while we settle on a supplier we are happy with — email us if you would like to know when they are available.
Every piece is crafted to order in your chosen metal. Our usual timeline is around four weeks from order to dispatch, which includes UK hallmarking where required. More complex pieces may take slightly longer. We confirm the expected timeframe in writing before production begins.
Let Thea fall at the open point of a shirt, a soft V neckline or above a plain crew neck. The vertical oval works best as the centrepiece, with smaller earrings or unadorned gold alongside it. It arrives without a chain, ready for a standard fine chain of your choosing.
What are the dimensions of Thea?
The oval lab-grown diamond measures 7.50 × 5.70mm and weighs approximately 1.00ct. The complete pendant measures approximately 13.2 x 7.5mm including the bail.
What setting does Thea use?
Thea uses a collet setting around its single oval lab-grown diamond. This setting follows the elongated outline that gives the pendant its distinctive shape.
Can Thea be ordered in rose gold?
Yes. Thea can be made in 14kt or 18kt rose gold, as well as white or yellow gold. A separate 925 sterling silver version is also available.
