Lab-grown diamond quality

Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
A fine point can change the whole expression of a stud. Aylin uses the tapered line of a pear cut to bring focus beside the face, with a rounded lower curve that narrows into a crisp, directional tip.
The design is pared back to two stones, one for each ear. Both pear cut lab-grown diamonds measure 6.50mm × 4.40mm and sit in collet settings, giving the pair approximately 0.95ct in total. Each complete earring measures approximately 7.4 x 6.4mm. With no surrounding halo, the proportions of the pear remain the reason to choose Aylin.
