Lab-grown diamond quality
D–F colour · VS1 clarity or better
Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
A drop shape brings direction to the simplest pair of studs. Alba draws the eye from the rounded base to the fine point of each pear cut, turning two clean stones into earrings with grace, movement and a clear silhouette.
There is no halo competing for attention. Each earring centres on one 6.00mm × 4.00mm pear cut lab-grown diamond, weighing 0.50ct and held in a collet setting. The pair reaches approximately 1.00ct in total, with each earring measuring approximately 7.1 x 6.4mm. White, yellow or rose gold lets you decide how softly or boldly to frame the pear shape.
Also in sterling silver. Alba is available in 925 sterling silver — see the silver version.
Alba is for the buyer who wants the pear shape itself, clear and undistracted. Two 0.50ct lab-grown diamonds give the pair approximately 1.00ct in total, and every stone is D to F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Choose 14kt for the harder, more scratch-resistant gold, or 18kt for more pure gold and a heavier feel. A separate 925 sterling silver version is also available.
Every piece is crafted to order in your chosen metal. Our usual timeline is around four weeks from order to dispatch, which includes UK hallmarking where required. More complex pieces may take slightly longer. We confirm the expected timeframe in writing before production begins.
Alba works wherever a round stud feels too expected. The pointed pear profile sits neatly beside a fine chain or an open collar, while the choice of white, yellow or rose gold makes it easy to connect the earrings with rings and bracelets already in your collection.
