Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
It begins with 117 stones and builds towards one. Cordelia is all lab-grown diamond and no separate chain, a complete rivière that gathers its weight and light at the centre front. You see the whole necklace, not the parts holding it together.
The round brilliant lab-grown diamonds graduate from about 2.3mm at the back to one 4.8mm, approximately 0.48ct lab-grown diamond at the centre front. Each stone sits within its own bezel-style setting, finished with a smooth metal rim. A secure clasp fastens discreetly at the back.
