Lab-grown diamond quality

Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
Tanwen does not draw a flower by filling every petal. It uses the spaces between them. Open metal outlines give the motif its shape, while a paired centre creates the small, deliberate detail that makes this floral pendant different.
Two round lab-grown diamonds sit at the heart of the design, each measuring 2.70mm. Together they total approximately 0.16ct within an openwork pendant measuring approximately 18.1mm. The balance comes from the meeting of two equal stones, surrounded by petals that remain open so the flower is defined as much by light and space as by gold.

Tanwen offers a floral piece with a less expected centre, two equal stones working together instead of one. The open petals keep the 18.1mm form light and legible, while the matched 2.70mm rounds give its centre balance. Choose 14kt for the harder, more scratch-resistant gold, or 18kt for more pure gold and a heavier feel. A separate 925 sterling silver version is also available.
Sold as a pendant on its own, ready for a chain of your choosing. The bail takes any standard fine chain, so it will sit on one you already own. We are not offering gold chains at the moment while we settle on a supplier we are happy with — email us if you would like to know when they are available.

Tanwen is supplied as a pendant without a chain, and its bail takes any standard fine chain. Place it against a plain neckline to show the open petals, or layer it above a simple chain so the approximately 18.1mm flower keeps clear space around its outline.

Tanwen contains two round lab-grown diamonds, each measuring 2.70mm. They sit together at the centre of the openwork flower and have an approximate total lab-grown diamond weight of 0.16ct.
Does Tanwen come with a chain?
Tanwen is sold as the pendant only. Its bail accepts any standard fine chain, so it can be added to a suitable chain you own or you can email us about future gold chain availability.

Tanwen measures approximately 18.1mm. Its openwork petals form the floral outline around two equal 2.70mm round lab-grown diamonds, giving you both the overall pendant size and the scale of its centre.
