Lab-grown diamond quality

Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
A butterfly should feel as though it might move. Livia draws one in open gold, then traces the wings with lab-grown diamonds that grow in size towards the body. The result is delicate but full of direction, turning a familiar symbol of change into a ring with detail you can follow.
Thirty-one round lab-grown diamonds build the outline in eight sizes, beginning at 0.80mm and reaching 1.70mm. Their gradual change gives the wings structure and draws the eye inward. Set in pavé and totalling 0.21ct, the stones work with the open spaces in the design, so the butterfly keeps its light, finely drawn character.

Livia makes its butterfly shape through movement and proportion, not a heavy block of stones. Thirty-one D to F colour, VS1 clarity or better lab-grown diamonds graduate across the open wings, rewarding every closer look. Choose 14kt for the harder, more scratch-resistant gold, or 18kt for more pure gold and a heavier feel. White, Yellow or Rose Gold changes the mood while preserving the design.
