Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
Romy gives a solitaire backbone. A substantial band runs towards the raised round lab-grown diamond, with twin raised edges running along the grooved band, creating strong lines along the hand.
That grooved shank changes the entire character of the ring. Instead of disappearing beneath the 6.50mm centre, the band remains an important part of the design, carrying a crisp, architectural detail from front to back. The approximately 1.00ct stone provides the single focal point, while the weightier band gives it a confident foundation.
