Lab-grown diamond quality
D–F colour · VS1 clarity or better
Every lab-grown diamond is D–F colour and VS1 clarity or better. Round brilliant lab-grown diamonds can receive a formal cut grade; fancy shapes are assessed through their proportions, polish, symmetry and overall make. Any piece whose centre stone, on its own, weighs 1.00ct or more includes an individual IGI grading report as standard. Total carat weight does not count towards this.
Not every ring has to be tidy. Mae brings its soft, curving character to your hand in cool 925 sterling silver, creating a ring that feels personal, relaxed and quietly romantic. The vine shape makes a refreshing choice when a straight band feels too formal.
Fourteen round lab-grown diamonds pick out the curved design, with sizes spanning 1.10mm, 1.30mm, 1.40mm and 1.50mm. Six stones sit in prong settings and eight 1.50mm stones sit in collet settings. Together they total 0.16ct, giving the polished vine changing points of emphasis as it winds across the finger.

Every piece is crafted to your chosen metal and size. Our usual timeline is around four weeks from order to dispatch. More complex pieces may take slightly longer. We confirm the expected timeframe in writing before production begins.
Mae is easy to wear on its own, with the vine left clear to catch the eye. Its polished silver goes well with silver earrings or a simple bracelet, and a narrow plain ring can sit beside it without competing.
Sterling silver naturally darkens a little over time. It is normal, and a silver polishing cloth brings it straight back. Please don't use silver dip solutions on lab-grown diamond-set pieces, as the chemicals can damage the settings. Which stones have collet settings on Mae?
Eight of the 14 stones, all 1.50mm, sit in collets. The other six, four at 1.10mm, one at 1.30mm and one at 1.40mm, are held in prongs, giving the vine two distinct setting details.
What quality are Mae's stones?

What if I do not know my size for Mae?
A home ring sizer is available for £5, and that £5 is returned as a gift card. Once you know the fit, Mae is made in your selected UK ring size with no extra charge for size.
